WHERE IS IT? Sitting at the foot of the North York Moors in Osmotherley, Cote Ghyll is an idyllic spot to camp – Defender style.
WHY DO WE LOVE IT? Great for families, you’ll find beautiful views, plenty of cycle paths, wonderful wildlife and top-class facilities. The friendly faces always offer a warm welcome, and are happy to help you plan your weekend in the countryside. LAWNSGATE CAMPSITE
WHERE IS IT? Situated within walking distance from the picturesque village of Lealholm, Lawnsgate Farm is a traditional working moorland farm with outstanding views down the Esk Valley.
WHY DO WE LOVE IT? The campsite is a slightly sloping field an acre in size with fantastic views across the Esk Valley and the moors. There is plenty of space for tents or caravans plus hard standing for Campervans. Without a doubt the USP is the sunsets they get, they can be really very special!

SANDFIELD HOUSE FARM HOLIDAY PARK
WHERE IS IT? Sandfield House Farm is the ideal campsite for those who like to be beside the seaside. Set in the stunning North York Moors and just a mile from Whitby, making this your base means you’ve got the perfect mix of coast, countryside and quaint seaside towns.
